- All items sold are brand new and in good condition.
- Prices are fixed and non-negotiable. All sales made are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges after purchase has been made. Pre-order items require full payment before-hand to avoid backing out.
- Emails will be replied in 24 hours. Serious buyers only. Back-out buyers will be blacklisted.
- Method of payment is by Bank Transfer, Cash Deposit or Cash On Delivery.
- Reservation time of 24 hours can be made but once inactive, item will be sold to the next buyer on the waiting list. Payments are to be made to our bank account (Maybank) within 48 hours of receiving a confirmation email or the order will be cancelled.
- Item stated will be based on size and not measurements. Please email us for measurements if further clarification is needed.
- Colour of items may differ from the picture due to lighting / camera settings. Items may be restockable therefore don't be afraid to email us about restocks.
- Once full payment has been made, items will be sent out on the scheduled days.
- All postage fees will be borne by the buyer unless stated. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels. Please opt for PosLaju as it is a safer delivery system and your signature will be required when receiving the parcel.
